December 1st we went to Girl Scout Stem night at the Monona Terrace. It was a lot of fun to talk with the kids and parents.
And we tried out a non-soldering version of the rocket kit. We soldered sockets into the holes so kids could assemble it. It came with 3 different sizes of capacitor so they could see the effect of storage size on the circuit behavior. The non-soldering rocket kits still needs a few improvements, the sockets weren’t as secure after 5 or 6 insertions. But this may be a fun addition to our line up, stay tuned.
